On February 18, 2023, Jiangsu Kolod Group successfully held a themed professional quality training activity for its management team under the motto “Empower Personal Growth, Achieve Brilliant Careers”.
Mr. Feng Kuanyu, Chairman of the Group, Ms. Weng Jingrong, Vice Chairperson, together with more than 180 participants including middle-level managers, university graduates and relevant staff, attended the event.

This training served as a consolidation and assessment of the group’s overall learning progress during the February Learning Month. It aimed to further improve the overall competence of the company’s management team, strengthen corporate cohesion, and help all cadres and staff gain a deeper understanding of their responsibilities and obligations.
