To improve well-being and strengthen teamwork, Kolod has sponsored employee trips at home and abroad for 10 consecutive years.

From June 11 to 15, the first group of employees visited Ningxia, enjoying the local scenery and food. The trip enhanced team cohesion and reflected the company’s warm corporate culture.

The five-day tour helps employees balance work and life. The second group of staff will travel to Ningxia in mid-July.
