5、Character: It's white powder. Odorless and good fluidity, melting point 350℃. It is stable in air, easily decomposed into carbon dioxide and magnesium oxide when heated to 700℃, almost insoluble in water, but causes a slight alkaline reaction in water. Insoluble in ethanol, can be dissolved by dilute acid and foamed.

6、Usage: It can be used as nutrient, flour treatment agent, anti-caking agent and leavening agent. It could also be used in wheat powder and gum ingredients.

7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
