5、Character: It occurs as white, crystalline powder. It may contain four, five or eight hydrates. It’s readily soluble in dilute mineral acids, but almost insoluble in water.
6、Usage: It is used in the food industry as a nutrient supplement, stabilizer, pH regulator, anti-caking agent; Used in other industries as precipitating agents, dental abrasives.
